To give fair opportunity to every member of the 0xVentures DAO, we have voted on a cap limit of 24 hours. This 24 hour limit will always be pinned in the according discord channel of the Investments.

After the 24/48 hours cap limit has been reached, members are free to deposit the desired amount.

If these rules are breached, the violator will be refunded his allocation -5% that will go to the treasury. Violators will also be given the “wall of shame” role, which prohibits them from accessing new investments until further notice.

• 5% of every investment will be directed to fund the treasury

• If you send the wrong stablecoin to the wallet, your allocation will be send back -5% that will go the treasury.

• If violations have been made by the same member a second time, they will be removed from the 0xVentures DAO.

• 0xventures Investments summary can be found in the WebApp

• Communications to teams of projects will always go through AIRTX or the appointed project team, do not contact the teams yourself in the name of 0xVentures.

• Posting investments information on social media before Launch/TGE is prohibited, unless approved. This to prevent stealing of allocations to 0xVentures.

Rule 9:

• What happens in 0xVentures, stays in 0xVentures.

• High level Alpha will be shared on the server, sometimes with high confidential pre-sale and product information. Therefore it cannot leave the server. If secrecy is sworn, more sharing will be enabled.

• Violation of rule 9 will be met with a removal from the server.
